Background

William M. Webb has been in the insurance and financial services industry since 1983, providing the finest service and counsel to his clients. His formal education includes a bachelor's degree from Virginia Polytechnic Institue and State University. Bill continues his career education to stay abreast of new developments in the industry so that his clients receive comprehensive and strategic information.

As president of Retirement Planning Services, Inc., Bill is committed to providing investment consultation, asset preservation and tax planning for retired individuals. His focus is on estate planning, retirement plans and long-term health care planning.

Bill's work philosophy tends to be conservative. He is most interested in developing long-term realtionships with his clients. As a result, many of his clients are widows and the children of clients. Dedicated to cultivating these relationships based on trust and professionalism, Bill values honesty and openness and displays these qualities with his clients. Through a consultive approach, he determines his client's risk tolerance and investment expectations. He then recommends the method of investment management that will best pursue their unique objectives.

Sharing his knowledge and experience with others, Bill has conducted numerous seminars on a variety of topics for senior groups and has also appeared on television. He is recognized by his peers and associates and has been named Chairmen's Club Top Producer for Life USA.

When not working with his clients, Bill enjoys fishing, tennis, reading and golf. He and his wife, Elizabeth, live in Elizabethtown, Pennsylvania. Bill and Elizabeth are very active in their church.
